Sonetel provides a completely free solution for your customer service. This includes a Business Messenger for answering questions from visitors at your website, a shared team inbox etc.

The shared team inbox contains new customer questions. These can come from the Sonetel Business Messenger, and from your Facebook page, Twitter etc.

Your team can use the web app or mobile apps to answer customer questions while on the go.
